Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KuruLabs processes information when you use Fpsly: Game Monitor (“Fpsly”). It applies to the Android app and this website.

Information processed

Device and app information

Fpsly and its service providers may process device or other identifiers (including an advertising identifier where available, or a Firebase installation identifier), app version, device model, operating-system version, language, approximate region, app interactions, diagnostic information, crash logs and performance diagnostics.

Advertising and consent

The free version may show ads using Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure, limit and protect ads. Fpsly uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent where required. You can revisit privacy choices in the app when that option is available, or reset/delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Purchases and access records

Google Play processes purchases. Fpsly receives purchase status, product and entitlement information needed to provide Premium access. Firebase may store an installation identifier or hashed advertising identifier together with access/trial status and timestamps for entitlement continuity and fraud prevention. Fpsly does not receive your full payment-card details.

Optional device access

• Usage access: if you enable it, Fpsly detects when a selected game opens so optional automatic cleanup can run. Usage observations are processed on the device and are not used for advertising.
• Apps on the device: Fpsly reads apps visible to Android so you can build a game library. This list is processed on the device and is not uploaded by Fpsly.
• Display over other apps: if enabled, Fpsly displays the device's current display refresh rate in Hz. It does not read the game’s internal FPS.
• Device statistics: CPU, RAM, battery/temperature, display and network-latency readings are used to show information in the app and are primarily processed on the device.
• Notifications and Do Not Disturb: these optional permissions support status notifications and the user-controlled game mode. You can disable them in Android settings.

Why information is used

• Provide and maintain app features, subscriptions and requested support.
• Measure reliability, diagnose crashes and improve the app.
• Display and measure ads where permitted, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Fpsly uses Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Installations, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Remote Config, Google AdMob and Google's consent platform. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers, when you direct us to, or when required for security or law.

Retention, security and international transfers

On-device settings remain until you clear app data or uninstall. Cloud diagnostic, analytics, advertising and entitlement records are retained only as needed for the purposes above, provider defaults, security and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than yours with appropriate legal safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Optional permissions can be denied or revoked in Android settings without preventing basic device-statistics and game-library features. You may clear app data, uninstall Fpsly, change ad-consent choices and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of records linked to your identifiers. Email support@turbofpsbooster.com; we may ask for information needed to locate and protect the relevant record.

Children

Fpsly is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in their country), and KuruLabs does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, law or provider practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
